The Amino Acid Supplements
Sunday, January 31st, 2010Amino acids are composed of organic compounds, one or more amino acid groups and one or more carboxylic acid groups, is a protein component. There are more than 100 amino acid. Only 20 amino acids commonly found in animals, and some exist in other biological systems, mainly plants.
Amino acids for the development, maintenance and repair cells in the body. To 20 kinds of amino acids in animals, 12 of which can be synthesized in the human body needs, and these so-called non-essential amino acids. The other eight kinds of amino acids can not be synthesized by the body and must therefore be obtained from food or supplements, they are considered essential amino acids.
In the 20 amino acids;
Highlights: isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, valine.
Non-essential: alanine, arginine, aspartic, aspartic acid, cysteine, glutamic acid, glutamine, glycine, histidine, proline, serine and tyrosine.
Why are amino acid to add?
Arginine
Arginine is a non-essential amino acid, and is responsible for the normal pituitary function. Arginine is used in the production of nitric oxide compounds, including many useful role. Nitric oxide reduces blood vessel stiffness, increase blood flow, improve blood vessel function. Supplement L-arginine can effectively reduce cholesterol, blood pressure, erectile dysfunction and enhance sexual feelings for men and women to enhance the adjustment of long-term memory, and the fight against infection.
Branched-chain amino acids
Amino acids, branched-chain and branched-chain amino acids are essential amino acids leucine, isoleucine, valine. Branched-chain amino acids is considered one of the most useful and effective campaign nutritional supplement program. They are the necessary repairs, and the emergence of muscle tissue in maintaining muscle glycogen and muscle protein breakdown to prevent movement. Added branched-chain amino acids, can be used to prevent muscle loss at high altitude, increase endurance, and the necessary amino acids is not a vegetarian.
Carnitine
Carnitine is produced in the body of essential amino acids lysine and methionine, which is necessary for energy release of fat. Carnitine is often used to promote growth and development, fat loss, more energy and better resistance to muscle fatigue. The practice of human suffering supplementCarnitine sports, less likely to experience muscle pain.
Creatine
Creatine is made up of three amino acids – arginine, glycine and methionine. Our combination of these three amino acids of the liver creatine. 95% of the creatine in our body is stored in the muscles. Creatine to provide additional energy directly to muscles. The difference is that carbohydrates provide the energy and fat, it takes time into useful energy, need for energy creatine can be converted almost immediately. Creatine has also increased muscle mass, and water, muscle cells, and reduce the burning of muscle movement. Creatine has also increased protein synthesis, which means more muscles.
GABA
Aminobutyric acid and γ-aminobutyric acid is a synthetic compound, to reduce blood fat, increase muscle tissue and stimulate the brain to secrete more human growth hormone. Studies have shown that, γ-aminobutyric acid effective in stimulating growth hormone secretion, and with clinically proven to help the pituitary growth hormone secret.
Glutamine
Glutamine is a non-essential amino acid. The agency to rely on glutamine as a fuel cell immune system. After intense work overtime, reduction of glutamine in the body can be as high as 50%. L-glutamine can reduce the failure of muscle tissue and improve protein metabolism. Studies show that only 2 grams, L – glutamine free form filling, hormone levels may rise to 400%.
Lysine
L-Lysine is an essential amino acid. Lysine is very important to normal growth and production of carnitine, a nutrient responsible for fatty acids into energy and help lower cholesterol. L-Lysine helps the body absorb calcium and conservation, to maintain the correct body nitrogen balance and maintenance of lean body mass. L-Lysine is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients with injury and recovery, and blood vessel health. It also helps to oppose and cold sores.
NAC
Network access control or N – acetyl-cysteine is a modified form of the amino acid cysteine. NAC can help break the mucus and for the treatment of bronchitis – and therefore be used as a hospital in the treatment of bronchitis inhaled. It can help the body synthesis of glutathione, is conducive to preventing acetaminophen (Tylenol in the composition).
Sam E
Sam – E is a derivative of the amino acid methionine, and is used to treat various diseases, including depression, liver disease, arthritis, fibromyalgia, schizophrenia and migraine. Sam – E is also commonly known as Adensyl the first S – Methionine, L – methionine, AdoMet, and Ademethionine. The liver produces up to 8 Kesa Mu-e days. Liver disease, arthritis, and the widespread use of prescription drugs and non-prescription drugs, inhibit the body’s production of Sam-e.
Tyrosine
Tyrosine is a non-essential amino acid. Tyrosine is the need of epinephrine, norepinephrine, serotonin and dopamine, all working to regulate emotions. Tyrosine deficiencies are related to depression. The task ahead may inhibit tyrosine reaction, the typical physical and emotional pressures, such as surgery, emotional disturbances, and sleep deprivation.
